The other day (3-4 weeks back) @JC_Bywan worked something out for this. I can’t find this back readily. Hopefully he knows what the topic name was ?
It was about the 2nd Tuesday of the month and CPI data (or similar). Not easy to do at all, but he managed. It will be the base for what you want here.
