export and import templates

    I’d suggest to allow export and import of templates.

    That will enrich the community’s experience, while being able to exchange templates and not just indicators and systems.

    Hi eitan, it is indeed something that many of us want to see appear in the future version of the platform. I know it’s part of the development plan, but I do not know when or in what way it will happen to us 🙂
    I am very eager that this happens however!

    I must say that is indeed something I am rather disappointed about, development on this front tends to be a lot slower than what I would want. However there are some features of this platform that I am most impressed with.

    Hi GenesisEX, I heard that export/import templates could be part of ProRealTime version 11 (expect this version at the end of the year or first part of 2019..).

    It does not seem that Templates can be exported and we are in August 2019. I have searched every where and I am waiting to see the reply from the Helpdesk

    Are the template files saved locally or on the server. Hard to believe there is no quick solution for this.

    As you know, all files/settings are  stored in the cloud. For the templates, the import/export feature has not been implemented into the first versions of PRT v11. But it will in the next ones.

    I think we have this functionality now, is there anywhere well people are sharing their template setups. It I such a powerful tool I am sure there must be useful ideas I am missing.
