HI All, I have no coding experience at all, i am an accountant by day but trade a fair bit using MACD, RSI, EMA’s & macro info with IG. I am based in Melbourne, Australia & want to be able to take the emotion out of trading & trade predominantly with automated strategies. My first stupid questions is……. Can you enter/exit a trade based on closing price of bar being Greater/less than X points away from an EMA? What i am wanting is…… If the price/close less Average[20] > XX enter short. Thanks for your time!
