Dire al sistema che se entro le 20:00 non esegue l’ordine annulla l’operazione

Buona sera, gentilmente vorrei sapere il codice che dovrebbe dire al sistema che se entro le 20:00 non è stato eseguito l’ordine l’operazione sara’ annullata.
