In the meantime, I have one more question. Is there a code snippet that can be used to set summer time and winter time? Or is it sufficient to always log into the platform on the respective switchover day? My platform is running at the same time as my computer. I am primarily concerned with breakout strategies, which calculate the range based on a fixed time. If I do a backtest over years, then this does not correspond to reality, because there are always several time changes somewhere. Or have I thought incorrectly about that? How can one solve it? Is there a code for this? Or another logical approach?

As I have seen in the forum, this topic has been discussed many times. But no one seems to have a solution in code. Or is there one? Then it would probably make sense to log on to the platform the day after the time change and change the time manually.
