Collapse Trading Toolbar all charts

I have a problem with PRT randomly opening the Trading Toolbar on all charts in multiple templates at once. I can remove them by disconnecting to my broker (IGM) but they return when I reconnect. The only way I have to remove is to turn off the bar in each chart. Is there an easier way? Is this a bug? Mac M1 Chrome. Thanks

I see that over weekend maintenance from time to time (this weekends Sat. maintenance for example) and once we re-connect to IG. (PC windows 10, chrome)

Log a ticket, sounds like a bug if its a random evt. that occurs during a session etc.

After above, save that Template / Workspace and then Quite, Save on Exit … when you login again is the trading toolbar showing?

Thanks for your replies. Afeter reducing the Toolbars on each chart I did save and re boot and the workspace was ok, but only that workspace. It did happen over the weekend. Im using V12 and the same thing happened in V11. It probably only affected the templates I was working on during that period. Ill look into raising a service ticket.

You would have to do the same (disable toolbar, Save before Quit etc) to your other workspaces for other workspaces to be ok.
