Change a stop loss

Is it possible to change a stop loss that is attached to a position in the coding? For example, I am pyramiding into a trade and when the second trade is entered I want to move the first trade stop up to break even. eg 1st Entry $100 StopLoss at $80 2nd Entry $120 StopLoss at $100 for this entry and move the first one to $100 also to keep my risk the same.
