    Dear Sir,

    I am a client of IG. My account number is  ……   . I am able to execute automatic trade on prorealtime. However, no profit is registered on my account balance. I would be grateful to receive support to improve my code and update my account.

    I have moderated the above message to delete your account number. Please do not post on public forum this kind of personal information.

    You probably meant to talk with your broker customer service (IG). The probuilder forum you posted in is not it, it is a public forum where users help each other to increase their coding skills for prorealtime platform custom indicators, whichever broker they use, and not discussing personal account balance issues. There is no IG staff here, even if your trade was made throught PRT with automatic trading, discussing your account balance sounds more like something to discuss with IG using their contact details given on your IG account pages.

    The part about improving your code can be discussed here, that part is ok. Either you want free help, by showing your code script to other users in the appropriate forum, and everyone is free to jump in and help… ( for this, I will move this topic to the ProOrder forum which is the appropriate forum for automatic trading, where the discussion may continue without needing to create a new topic). Or you want private assistance without showing your code publicly, in this case you would need to get a quote from the “trading programming services” page in the “help” menu at top of current page.

    Last point, I will also delete your double post in the wrong forum (you first posted in English in one of the French forums). Please before submitting a post, check it is ok with all the forum posting rules in yellow box below, thanks.

    If you have trouble with your account, please contact your broker, you can use the support tool available in your platform in order to open a ticket.

    If you want your code to be modified, please kindly post it in your next message and with your expectation about it. Thank you 🙂
