Available charting timeframes

  The trial version of the software doesn’t allow me to see any timeframes shorter than a 5 minute chart for US stocks.  Is this true of the full version as well?

  Hello Casey,

  Due to exchange regulations, validation of your user profile is required before access to the American stock exchanges is granted.

  To validate your account:

  • Login to your ProRealTime account
  • Go to the Prices page
  • Click on the link labelled “Activate” which is displayed to the right of the NASDAQ, NYSE and NYSE MKT (AMEX) lines
  • Fill in all information required and also answer the “Yes/No” questions displayed in the lower part of the page.

   

  Note that American stocks exchanges are only available under subscription.

  Once the form has been completed, our compliance department will verify your profile.

  To accelerate the validation process, just send us an email after having completed the form.
