Adaptive ATR-ADX Trend

  Hello,

  I was searching a way to adjust ATR factor to market conditions (often specific multiplier factors seem to be more accurated to some periods), and I found on the net an indicator which seems to use this idea by using ADX.

  It will be great if the code could be tranlated in PRT, thanks a lot in advance for your contribution.
