Based on the theory of the trader Oliver Vélez.
A climatic volume is a volume that doubles in size the volume of the last 10 sessions.
In a bullish or bearish trend, the appearance of a bar of climatic volume is a sign of price spin.
They can also be taken as a reference for locating support / resistance zones
